However, we are always here to support you and will ensure you receive your order, as we would never leave our customers out of pocket. Feel free to contact us at anytime.
Delivery timeframes are based on estimates provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed. As a result, we are unable to accept responsibility for delays.
If your order hasn’t turned up when expected, here are a few steps to try before getting in touch:
1. Check around your property
Sometimes parcels are left in a safe place or with neighbours. It’s worth having a quick look around outdoor areas such as porches, sheds, or behind bins, and asking next door just in case it has been left with them.
2. Contact your local delivery office
Your parcel may be waiting for collection even if no card was left. We recommend phoning or visiting your local delivery sorting office to see if they’re holding it.
3. Allow the full delivery timeframe
If it’s still not located, please allow:
10 working days for UK deliveries
20 working days for Europe
25 working days for the Rest of the World
These timeframes follow Royal Mail’s guidance for when a parcel can be considered delayed.
If the parcel hasn’t arrived after this period, you can contact us and we’ll look into it further.
Lost parcel claims
Any claim for a missing order must be made within
30 calendar days from the date it was dispatched. After this point, Royal Mail will not accept claims, so please let us know as soon as you believe your parcel may be lost.
After 30 days from the date of posting, Royal Mail and many of the other delivery companies is no longer legally liable for lost parcels. They encourage customers to raise concerns quickly to allow their team to look into the matter without delay.
Delivery timeframes are based on estimates provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed. As a result, we are unable to accept responsibility for delays.
