COVID 19 - Business & Delivery Update

Over the last year, we have been forced to change many aspects within our work environment just so that we can remain open. We are operating under strict government guidelines with the safety of our team and customers in mind as a priority.

As a result of the pandemic, we have experienced an increase in the number of online orders. Our feedback has been very positive and welcoming, but there is one clear area of frustration with reference to delivery guidelines at this unprecedented time.

Firstly, I would like to take the opportunity to reach out to anyone who has struggled to get an update on delayed delivery, we apologise. We are currently operating on skeleton staff and cannot always respond straight away to correspondence, so delays are to be expected. Rest assured we are doing everything we possibly can to get your orders to you as quickly as possible with the majority being dispatched by the next working day.

All we ask from our customers is to bear in mind that the team is working very hard to process the orders, to provide the best service to you all. Once the order is despatched from our depot, it is beyond our control to manage delivery times especially during the lockdown particularly a working next day order. We will of course, undoubtedly help and assist where we can but cannot be held responsible for late delivery. 

Note, all Next Day orders are processed as a WORKING NEXT DAY which means the weekend is excluded.

Mon-Thurs - orders placed before 1.30pm will reach the next day.

Any orders placed on Friday before 1.30pm deadline will be delivered on the Monday. NO WEEKEND DELIVERY

Priority is given to fabric orders, and sample only orders are currently taking a few extra days to process.

IMPORTANT: please take into account that orders can be delayed by Parcelforce / Royal Mail during this difficult time.

We appreciate it is a difficult time for everyone, but with patience and understanding we can only get better. Finally, the whole team at Cheapfabrics would like to thank all of our customers who have supported us and have shared our business with others. We are ever so grateful.
